Biceps

Size of strained arm is equal to the measure of neck and calf according to greece ideal. I think our bodybuilders are fram this ideal. Nowadays it is the trend if a bodybuilder has more and more arm. Until half of past century the most bodybuilders got this ideal. For example Steve Reeves’s calf, neck and arm were 45 cm. Training arms is not enough 3-3 biceps, triceps series from an exercise. Huge arm can be gotten by 15-20 series, by several different exercises.

On front part of upper arm there are two groups of muscles that knit at crooking o farm. The smaller one is brachialis that can be visible if we see upper arm from back, it is situated between biceps and triceps. This is above the elbow and it is to middle of upper arm bone. It knits well when palma are down and we bend our arms. But it is burdened during training our back too. Continue...
