Thigh

Its basic exercise is squating. Without it it is not possible to develop huge thigh. So it should be the most important part of trainings if somebody seeks to big thigh. Other exercises are only additional. All exercises have tha own effect but squating is the most important. Except beginners after squating it is proposed to do at least one other exercise ti improve anterior muscles. Straining thigh is a good practise to reach definition of muscles but the massive thighs can be developed by leg presses. Straining is not suggested to use when somebody wants to increase squat power because decreases the load that people can raise. Continue...
