Wide back became caracter of bodybuilders in the second part of 20th century. The second biggest muscle of our body is the latissimus dorsi that can be visible under the arms. Improving dorsal muscles has two methods. First it is needed broaden shoulder blade. It requires Pullups that can be done behind or in front of neck also. After it is possible to work out grossness of the part with Bent-Over Rows or with its more types. It is suggestet do improve the width and weight of dorsal muscles so it is needed do at least two exercises that develop wide dorsal muscles during a training.
