Calf
On legd there are several muscles but bodybuilders should deal with three that knit at flexing of feet. The first is that is along the shin bone (Tibialis anticus) that knits when toes are towards to kness. In everyday life less people (for ex. Tóth Zoltán "Tozó") do exercises to these muscles because during calf training they are improving too. There is a long, wide muscle on back side of leg that is from knee to ankle (gastrocnemius). This strains the legs and feet too and crooks whole legs. Under gastrocnemius it is situated a shorter and stumpy muscle (soleus) that joints the upper part of shin bone with ankle. It knits full when gastrocnemius does not work, when legs are bent at right angles at knee. It causes that soleus can be made stronger only by sitting machine calf raises.
