Humeral muscles have three parts: anterior, medial and posterior deltoid. There is no tan exercise that moves all three parts at same time but a part helps other. It is used very often exercises of deltoid muscle. There are anterior lifting for anterior, lateral raises for medial and bent over lateral raises for posterior part.
