Sports are very important in my life. As medical educator I would like that diseased children also like moving.I use my knowledges in somato-education in fitness too. In 1996 I got my callanetics qualification in Belgium and I did 10 years this deep muscle gym. In 2006 I did Pilates course at International Fitness and Aerobic Academy pilates and in 2008 I took part in Yoga Flow workshop organised by IFAA. I regularly visit different fitness camps and organisations where I can get more experiences. These new trends and information make enjoyable my trainings.
Pilates that is called Yoga of West and the Power Yoga help to reach ft and flexible muscles and joint mobility can increase too. Immune system and nervous stable also grow and we become balanced. I wait everybody who wants to feel it, both women and men.
