a 1,5 m long bar with one-one elastic purks at the end of it.
What FLEXI-BAR is?
It comes from Germany as a new fitness products that rewened the world. Oroginally it was used in rehabilitation but its new developments provide advantages to all people to improve core-muscles. The most important element of its moving the persistent resonance that shake up the core muscles. They prolong the spine and provide its integrity. It moves mainly the long/middle and deep muscles of back and the deep muscles of abdomen. These muscles are weak, their metabolism is slow that derives from sitting lifestyle or if you do a movement for long time. These muscles have to keep stably the spine.
The FLEXI-BAR training activate deep muscles with backup of body and grading vertebras.
It can be the last solution in cases of some healthy problems. Its diversity provides its speciality, FLEXI-BAR can be used for strenghtening, for burning fat or for iproving standing power.
