Spinracing

The music is a very important element of the training. The different exercises are done to music following the trainers’ instructions. The program contains different parts that have not the same intensity. After some minutes long cycling with small resistance and middle rev there are sprints at higher speed, flat rounds at middle speed and there are slow parts. According to the instructor’s order participants choose the size of resistance. This training is also choreographied but instead of aerobic steps sitting or standing postures are being changed combined different arms exercises.

SPINNING

A SPINNING® is a group indoor cycling training where coach gives instructions. It was established by Johnny G who was a famous cycling racer. Johnny G Spinner® special cycle is used. This program is one of the best cardio training. Spinning® is a protected name of Mad Dogg Athletics, Inc. that became a well functioning system because of the long improving. It is a well established mental and physical training program.

This type of fitness is used to improve standing power, to burn fat and it is a mental training too that helps in getting rid of stress.

Johnny G Spinner® bikes are redone indoor bikes with heavy first wheel. This form of moving has several variable possibilities that can help in burning fat, improving standing power and in strenghtening muscles. It helps in prevention of health and in conducting unnecessary energy.

It can be enjoyable by everybody from people who suffer from uverweight to sportsmen. Everybody can ride a bikeand spinracing does not require special skills. Bike is the perfect to all people to get theit aims: being fit and healthy. SpinRacing program contains motivation, mental training and bike technics so it is proposed to quests who want exercise sports. It can be followed by everybody, the toughness is not significant because in team we are more motivated and we can perform with great success the 50-60 minutes long training.

It is not suggested to:

  • Pregnant women who have not exercised spinning yet
  • Pregnant women with growing abdomen the arm exercises are not proposed.

But SpinRacing is a feeling and you have to try it!

What are needed?
Light and comfortable wearing, tapered slacks are suggested, heavy treaded shoes, towel and gloves.
