To be health and to get good condition different forms of sports are very important. But the overdurdening trainig plans can lead injuries and health problems. Missing the warm-up exercises, the wrong clothes and equipments can cause injuries. Some sports – for example the boxing – are very dangerous and during practising them injuries can happen more often. Other sports - as the football - contain casual risks and they lead to broking nose or crick. If you choose an exercise please get know the risks. In this way it can be observed that is is useful or not and you can take steps to prevent injuries.
Clothes
Choose comfortable wearing that does not obstacle in moving. The best clothes are made by natural materials (cotton) because the air goes trough them. It decreases the possibility of blister or bruise on skin. In colder weather it is better to wear more clothes that can be put off during warm-up exercises. The major part of women feel themselves better in special bras. In cases when it is important to wear special clothes, coveralls , turn to specialist for advices. Avoiding the infection wash your sports wearing regularly.
Shoes
Wearing suitable shoes are significant to prevent knee, foot or leg lesion. Shoes have to adapt to your foots even if they swell a bit during the training. Running shoes should be light, their treads should be flexible and should have insoles. Between your toes and the toe-cap 1-1,5 cm place is proposed to be to move your toes free.
