Minor injuries

It is possible to avoid friction or bruise caused by clothes or sports equipments if you use vazelin or bandage on skin. Blisters on foot could be caused by inadequate shoes. New lesions could be avoided by sticky bandage.


Strain, sprain, crick and lihament strain


The reason of these injuries that tension of muscles and joints are bigger than they could be moved. In the most case these lesions are observed if somebody starts doing sports again or if somebody does not do warm-up exercises. The more serious injuries could be very painful and first-aid and special treatment are needed. After these lesions it is banned to continue sports because you can cause further problems. After unusual moving muscle strain is very often. The best way is further sports to terminate it. In this case the member should be relaxed for a few days and after it is suggested to begin the stonger training step by step. According to several people the hot bath after a training can prevent us from it.


Pain in shin-bone


Pain can be observed during taraining or after it. It can be caused by bone cracking, muscle or bone membrane lesion or/and inflammation. If you have pain put ice on your foot and it is proposed to pillow up. It is also a good solution to use strip.


Bone cracking


On recoursed bones there could be hairline-cracks. Several times they only cause minor pain so it is possible that we do not deal with it and we continue doing sports. But it can cause further problems. If you have suspicion turn to your doctor who will suggest an X-ray. In these cases treatments are using strip and relaxing.


Osteoarthritis


It can be caused by regular and active moving. In older ages people suffer from it more often even if they did not practise tiring sports because of joint abrasion and its attrition. But proffesional sportmen suffer from it at younger ages rather. The regular sports have better impacts on most of people that the danger of osteoarthiris. Its risk can be reduced by doing a form of movement that does not burden joint too much, for example swimming. If you feel permanent joint gout turn to doctor.

After lesion

Muscles and joints can strain and break away by active or sudden traction or bad act. This strain is very common lesion. If you notice it after training turn to doctor who will suggest X-ray. After the treatment pay attention to not overburden the injuried member. It is proposed to do special exercises that make it stronger again. If pain or swelling is felt again, turn to your doctor.
