Sports and pregnancy

If a woman gets used to sports and she does not make herself tired overly, the most sports could be done until the rounding abdomen does not make uncomfortable and difficult moving. But sports can contain risks to injury – for example riding horse, skiing, climbing mountains or ball games –are not suggested. It is not a good decision to start sports during pregnancy that require huge power. The lighter forms of monvement can increase the healthy feeling and can terminate the smaller pains. The best choise is cycling, but swimming is also good that can be practised until the last month. But be careful very much and finish to do sports if you feel tired or breath difficulty. Some physicians think that in cases when a woman have already had a miscarriage or she has problems during her pregnancy she does not practise any sports in the first three months.
